I was encouraged by a colleague for a long time to buy a supplement and introduce a fee to another person. I could not help but sign up for membership registration and fill in the bank account information to which the fee would be paid. I was told that there was a 20-day cooling-off period, but I didn't receive a written copy, so I took a picture on my smartphone. I want to know what to do because I want to do a cooling-off.
Advice
Since there is an image of the contents of the contract, transcribe the necessary information, create a cooling-off document, and send it to the head office. The cooling-off period for chain sales transactions is 20 days, but due to incomplete written information or non-delivery, the cooling-off will be 20 days after the issuance.
