When cancelling your mobile phone service, you are billed with a high cancellation charge. It makes no sense.
Advice
Mobile phone contract are extremely complicated. Listen carefully to the explanation and read the contract thoroughly before you sign.
Online sales trouble
You bought something cheap, but the item that arrived was defective. you want to return it, but the seller will not answer the phone.
Advice
Beware of sellers that are significantly cheaper compared to other shops.

First of all,the Consumer’s center only offers Japanese correspondence.If you have a friend who can speak Japanese, please ask for help. If you do not have one, you can use the interpretation service of Yokohama City. please contact YOKE.
Yokohama Foreign Residents Information Center.They will offer Japanese interpretation. -
Furthermore, please inform YOKE what you want to consult about, and your available date for the interview at the Consumer's Center.
YOKE will assist the conversation between you and the Consumer's Center. - After that, the Consumer's Center requests officially YOKE to participate in the interview with you at our office for smooth consultation.
